One of the great perks here at our club is the opportunity to plan your own private party on the grounds! We welcome members to celebrate with family and friends by taking advantage of reserving the Trophy Room or Tennis Pavilion.

What club locations can I reserve for my party?

The Trophy Room and Tennis Pavilion are available to all members for private parties.

How many guests can attend?

Maximum attendees for a party is 25, including members and guests. Guest fees must be paid for each non-ASTC member in attendance. A request for larger parties must be submitted to the ASTC Party Coordinator no less than 7 days in advance and is subject to Board approval.

Are there any black-out dates I cannot reserve?

ASTC and ALTA sanctioned events take priority at the Tennis Pavilion only. Tennis dates can be found on the tennis calendar. ASTC events can be found on the ASTC Calendar of Events.

Private parties may not be scheduled on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Father’s Day or Labor Day weekends.

Are there age restrictions?

Parties have no age restrictions but can only be hosted by an adult member in good standing. Adult supervision of children is required.

Are there any time restrictions?

Parties are restricted to normal pool hours and days of operation.

Am I responsible for cleaning up?

Yes, Members are responsible for cleaning up after parties. Failure to do so may result in fees assessed to the booking member.

How do I make a reservation?

You can easily request a reservation by filling out our online form. Our party coordinator will confirm your booking. If you have some special circumstances or request you may contact Alicia Larocco directly at 404-314-5460 or by email  ASTC party coordinator no less than 72 hours in advance.
